Can a single license key grant access to more than one of my applications?
Yes. You can pair one or multiple apps to a single license key. This allows you to bundle products together and sell them with one convenient license.
What happens when a new user redeems a license key?
When a new user enters a valid license key, they will be prompted to create an account with a unique username and password. Once the account is created, the license is tied to it, and from that point on, they will simply log in with their account credentials to access the product(s).
What management options do I have for licenses I've created?
You have full control over your licenses. From the panel, you can view all active licenses, see which user has redeemed a specific key, edit its properties, or revoke it completely at any time.
Can I create many licenses at once?
Yes, our platform supports bulk actions. You can generate a large number of license keys in a single operation and also delete licenses in bulk, which is ideal for managing large-scale sales or user onboarding.
How long can a license be valid for?
You can set the duration for each license for a period of up to one year.
Can I track who created a specific license key?
Yes. For every license key, you can view its creation date and see who created it. This makes it easy to distinguish between licenses generated by a member of your internal team and those generated by one of your resellers.
Can users still redeem a license if the associated product is temporarily disabled for maintenance?
Yes, a user can redeem a license key even if the product is disabled. Our system ensures that any subscription time they cannot use during the downtime will be automatically compensated and added back to their license once you re-enable the product.
