What is the purpose of Reseller Tiers?

Reseller Tiers are a system to automatically reward your most active and valuable resellers. By reaching higher tiers, resellers can earn discounts on their future purchases, which incentivizes them to continue using your service and purchasing your products.

How do resellers level up to a new tier?

Resellers level up by accumulating "Store Points" (SP). They earn one Store Point for every one credit they purchase. You define how many Store Points are required to advance to each new tier, similar to an XP system in a game.

What kind of discounts can I offer with these tiers?

You can configure two different types of discounts for each tier. You can offer a "credit discount," which will be applied whenever the reseller purchases more credits, or a "product discount," which will be applied to all product offers they purchase.

How many tiers can I create?

You can create and configure up to 8 distinct reseller tiers, each with its own required Store Points and discount rewards.

What aspects of the tier system can I customize?

You have full control over the progression and rewards. You can configure the exact amount of Store Points a reseller needs to achieve each of the 8 tiers, as well as the specific discount percentage they will receive at each level.
