Below are the most frequent asked questions related to the reseller system and product offers.

How can I allow resellers to sell my products?

You can create "Product Offers" specifically for your resellers via the panel. Resellers who have an account on the website can then browse and purchase these offers to acquire licenses for your products, which they can then sell to their own customers.

How do resellers pay for these Product Offers?

The system is based on credits. Resellers must first purchase credits, which you can make available through "Credit Offers." They can buy these credits using cryptocurrency via your own BTCpay system. Once they have a credit balance, they can use it to purchase your Product Offers.

What can I customize in a Product Offer?

You have extensive control. You can customize the number of licenses included in the offer, the subscription time for each license, the total stock available for that offer, and the price in credits. You can even create temporary discounts to promote a sale.

Can an offer include more than one of my products?

Yes. A single Product Offer can be configured to include licenses for multiple different products at once, allowing you to create attractive bundles for your resellers.

How much is one credit worth?

By default, the system is set up so that 1 credit equals 1 US Dollar. However, you have the flexibility to configure the price per credit however you want when you create your Credit Offers.

Does DTC.ZONE take a fee from my reseller sales?

No. We do not collect any fees or service fees from any purchases your resellers make. The entire transaction value, managed through your own BTCpay system, is yours.
